Kindergarten spent this week enjoying the nice weather (when we had it) outside, talking about voting, cheering on the High School Boys Soccer team ( Go Falcons!) We are also talking about patterning in math and practiced it by creating a Veteran's day quilt.

Mr. Perkovichs class has been working hard on emotional regulation. We wrapped it up this week by learning about our "inner beast." Everyone has one and it looks and feels different for each student. Ask your student about their "inner beast" and how they can help control it. :)

REMINDER: Join us on Monday, November 11th, beginning at 9:25 AM to honor and celebrate the service of veterans and their families. The program will feature student speakers who will share readings on the sacrifices made by our veterans. In addition, the school's talented music students will perform patriotic selections. A guest speaker will also be present to address the audience, offering inspiring words of gratitude and remembrance. Following the program, the community is invited to observe a 21-gun salute outside of the building near the flag. This solemn tribute will serve as a fitting conclusion to the Veterans Day observance. Community members can enter the building through the front doors on the southwest corner of the High School beginning at 9:10 AM.

According to preliminary election results, the two capital referendum questions on the ballot for the School District of Sheboygan Falls fell short of being approved by voters in our community.
As a result, we will not be moving forward with a series of Elementary and High School improvement projects. We also will not move ahead on recreation and athletic improvement projects at this time.
No matter the outcome, we have had some great conversations about the future of our schools over the past several months. We want to thank our community for your thoughtful questions and feedback throughout this process.
Our District leadership team and Board will now begin re-examining our needs and looking at potential alternative solutions. We hope you stay engaged as we embark on this important effort.
