Cold or Flu Graphic

Fall is a beautiful time of year, but along with changes in the weather we start to see illnesses on the rise. The best way to prevent the spread of illness is to wash your hands thoroughly. If your family members start to feel sick, how do you know if it is a cold or the flu? Many of the symptoms are the same. Below is a reference that can help you determine if the symptoms you and/or your family member are experiencing are a cold or the flu.
